Lincoln has over 20 years of experience helping manufacturers, distributors, and service companies design performance incentive strategies that motivate sales organizations and channels to accelerate growth and enhance customer engagement. He was formerly a strategy consultant for Agency.com, structuring effective interactive business practices for Fortune 500 companies. Lincoln received his MBA from the University of San Diego, School of Management, with an emphasis in marketing.
