NORWOOD, MA. September 20, 2017 – HMI Performance Incentives has recently appointed Kiwon Chang to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Kiwon’s new responsibilities include creating, planning, and implementing the strategic direction and delivering the growth objectives of the company.
For the past two years, Kiwon has held the position of Chief Operating Officer at HMI Performance Incentives. Some of his most notable accomplishments include: the transition to data analytics and business intelligence based solutions and the implementation of HMI’s state-of-the-art SaaS OnDemand engagement platform.
Before his employment at HMI Performance Incentives, Kiwon Chang gathered 30 years of experience in leading Product Development in the Data and Storage Networking industry. His experience has spanned fast growing start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, including executive positions at 3Com, Giganet, and Emulex.
