The client was running an annual gamified promotion aimed at capturing data insights, increasing mindshare, and building engagement among new and existing leads, and they also saw it as an opportunity to build loyalty by offering a highly memorable, personal reward.
To further motivate participants, the client offered HMI’s Game On! Package from its line of All For You individual rewards as its grand prize. This package includes:
- One-night accommodations for two
- Breakfast for two
- Two tickets to a regular season MLB©, NBA©, NHL©, or NFL© game, Non-Major PGA© Tour event, or NASCAR© race
All For You packages are distinguished for their ability to be personalized around the winning participant, meaning that their experience will feel particularly special and memorable. Last year’s winner used the package to attend a Patriots vs. Raiders game in Las Vegas, a uniquely special event because it was the first time those teams had played each other in the Raiders’ new Las Vegas stadium.
The promotion itself was a simple gamified competition to foster engagement with the client’s brand. But the incorporation of the All For You reward allowed the client to build loyalty in their customers and leads by offering them a memorable experience that they would always associate with the client’s brand.
